User Experience Product Organization

In collaboration with the content team, I lead the design strategy to effectively showcase the client’s products on their website. The client’s primary goal was to cater to their largest audience, the construction industry, while also allowing for future growth and diversification.

I proposed and outlined a strategic site map that separated the industries served from the rental products. By implementing a “Who We Serve” dropdown menu, we created a dedicated space to highlight the company’s commitment to the construction sector, enhancing user engagement and loyalty.

Additionally, a standalone “Rental Products” section was developed, ensuring easy navigation and a clear pathway for potential clients across various industries. This solution not only met the client’s immediate needs but also provided flexibility for future expansion, driving business growth without alienating any segments of their clientele.

As an added service to the web design project, I created a dynamic infographic specifically tailored for employee onboarding and conference presentations. This visually engaging piece highlights what sets Biffs apart, guiding users through a clear and intuitive eye path.

I designed both the content and visuals, ensuring that the infographic is equally effective in digital formats and print. The result is a versatile tool that enhances brand communication and provides a compelling, easy-to-follow overview of the company’s unique strengths.

Throughout the project, I focused on overcoming challenges related to product organization while aligning the user experience with the needs of both customers and stakeholders for optimal lead generation.
